These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, our yoga classes, and our retail products.
By booking a class, making a purchase, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

  • Lincs Yoga Oasis (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides yoga instruction, workshops, and related products both online and in person.

  • These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and students.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings or purchases.

  • If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Health & Safety

​

  • Yoga involves physical activity. By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and have consulted your doctor before starting any new exercise program.

  • You agree to listen to your body, work within your limits, and inform the teacher of any injuries or conditions.

  • We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from participation.

4. Class Bookings & Cancellations

​

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to receive a credit or refund.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be offered an alternative or a refund.

5. Retail Sales

​

  • Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors and details may vary.

  • All sales are subject to availability.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase in unused condition, with proof of purchase, unless the product is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

6. Payments

  • All prices are in $US dollars and include/exclude applicable taxes.

  • We accept online payments, credit cards, paypal, zelle, and cash.

  • Payments must be made in full before the class or shipment of goods.

7. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in our classes or workshops, you release Lincs Yoga Oasis, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including class materials, videos, and product images, is our intellectual property.

  • You may not reproduce or distribute it without our permission.
