Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lincs Yoga Oasis, we want you to be happy with your purchase.


If you are not completely satisfied, our Returns Policy gives you 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

​

You may return or exchange an item if:

  • It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • It is in the same condition you received it

  • You have proof of purchase (receipt, email confirmation, or order number)

  • It is returned within 14 days of delivery

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

​

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

​

  • Yoga mats or props that have been opened or used

  • Clothing that has been worn or washed

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

3. How to Return an Item

​

  1. Contact us at lincs.yoga.oasis@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

  3. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

​

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee in unopened condition only.

  • We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product).

5. Exchanges

​

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know when you contact us.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference before shipping.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

​

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

​

7. In-Person Purchases

​

Items purchased during in-person classes or events are subject to the same 14-day return policy, with proof of purchase required.
