At Lincs Yoga Oasis, we aim to process and ship orders quickly so you can enjoy your yoga products as soon as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries, and what happens if things go wrong in transit.

1. Processing Time

​

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

​

  • We ship using trusted carriers, and the available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order weight, and chosen delivery method.

3. Delivery Estimates

​

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are for reference only.

  • Once an order leaves our premises, delivery speed and timing are outside of our control.

4. Carrier Delays & Errors

​

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

  • If your order is delayed or appears lost, we will assist you in tracking the package and working with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee outcomes or timelines.

  • For damaged items, please contact us immediately with photos so we can help file a claim with the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, and additional shipping charges may apply for resending.

6. International Shipping

​

  • We do not offer international shipments at this time. We only serve shipments to the United States.

7. Returns & Return Shipping Costs

​

  • If you are returning an item because it is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed), you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
